Mere Ho Jao
The words we could never say to each other,Let’s say them today.
What’s written in our hearts,Let’s read that letter of love through our eyes.
As evening falls, let’s light a candle,And create a special gathering. You share something about love,And i’ll share something about affection.
Today, become mine,Today, i’ll become yours.Today, lift the veil,Today, let our eyes meet.
Today, become mine,Today, i’ll become yours.Today, lift the veil,Today, let our eyes meet.
We used to dream of a beautiful moment,When love would arrive.Look, that moment is here now,Tomorrow is uncertain,But this beautiful tomorrow of ours is right now.
Come close, give your hand in mine,Embrace me, hold me in your arms.Like each other, let’s press our lips,To each other’s pure cheeks.
Before these meetings,Our lives were full of struggles. Both of our lives were like this.
It’s clear, my love,You’ve experienced some pain,And i’ve felt some pain too.
Let’s hold each other close, so the clouds don’t grow darker,Let’s not become puppets of this lonely night.Let’s fill the quiet deserts of the nightWith the rivers of our dreams.
